簡要規(guī)格描述或項(xiàng)目基本概況介紹、用途：本項(xiàng)目是對大團(tuán)鎮(zhèn)2019年至2020年建成的農(nóng)村生活污水處理設(shè)施及原村莊改造長效污水設(shè)施進(jìn)行養(yǎng)護(hù)管理工作，包括管道疏通、養(yǎng)護(hù)，窨井檢修、養(yǎng)護(hù)，井蓋缺損的更換、補(bǔ)足，一體式泵站及處理裝置的運(yùn)行養(yǎng)護(hù)等管理工作，及時(shí)處置相關(guān)投訴工單，確保排水通暢。協(xié)同采購人及其它相關(guān)部門迅速處置應(yīng)急事件，制定相應(yīng)的應(yīng)急預(yù)案，除發(fā)生不可抗力事件，其它任何情況下必須保持相關(guān)設(shè)施處于良好的技術(shù)狀態(tài)，實(shí)現(xiàn)鎮(zhèn)域內(nèi)污水管道各類設(shè)施安全良好、規(guī)范齊全、通（運(yùn)）行狀況良好。（具體詳見第三章采購需求書）
Brief specification description or basic overview of the project: This project involves the maintenance and management of rural domestic sewage treatment facilities constructed in Datuan Town between 2019 and 2020, as well as long-term sewage facilities from previous village renovations.
The work includes pipeline dredging and maintenance, inspection and maintenance of inspection wells, replacement and supplementation of missing or damaged manhole covers, operation and maintenance of integrated pumping stations and treatment devices, and timely handling of relevant complaint tickets to ensure unobstructed drainage.
The Supplier shall coordinate with the Purchaser and other relevant departments to promptly respond to emergencies and formulate corresponding emergency response plans.(For details, see Chapter 3: Procurement Requirements.)
合同履約期限：自合同簽訂之日起一年。
The Contract Period: One year from the date of signing the contract.

(c)本項(xiàng)目的特定資格要求：3.1未被“信用中國”（www.creditchina.gov.cn ）列入失信被執(zhí)行人、重大稅收違法案件當(dāng)事人名單，未被“中國政府采購網(wǎng)”（www.ccgp.gov.cn）列入政府采購嚴(yán)重違法失信行為記錄名單；
3.2 本項(xiàng)目不接受組成聯(lián)合體投標(biāo)；
3.3本項(xiàng)目不允許轉(zhuǎn)包。
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: 3.1 Not been listed as a dishonest person subject to enforcement or a party involved in major tax-related illegal cases on Credit China (www.creditchina.gov.cn), and not been recorded in the list of serious illegal and dishonest acts in government procurement on China Government Procurement Network (www.ccgp.gov.cn);
3.2 Consortium bidding is not accepted for this project;
3.3 Subcontracting is not allowed for this project.
